Course Information and Structure
Our summer programme is designed to balance the mental and physical efforts of learning an instrument with fun, hands-on science experiments.
Choose Your Adventure
Select the focused One-Week Camp to explore a single instrument, or choose the comprehensive Four-Week Camp where students rotate through the trumpet, saxophone, trombone, and flute.
Weekly Schedule
Days 1 to 4: Students engage in hands-on instrument playing interspersed with two hours of STEM learning. This breaks up the effort of playing by switching to interactive sound physics experiments.
Day 5 (Concert Showcase): Pay for four classes and receive the fifth class free! The final day is a special showcase and knowledge display where students proudly share their new musical superpowers with family and friends.

Beginner-Friendly Band Instruments
All resources, consumable materials, and musical instruments are provided. Our instruments are specially designed with the very young beginner in mind, requiring minimal setup so your child can start playing immediately.
Flute
Made of silver-plated nickel, this flute includes a curved head-joint and a right-hand thumb rest. This simplifies the holding and balancing of the instrument, making what was once a challenge for children easy and natural.
Saxophone
This instrument is crafted from lightweight brass and shaped like a soprano. It eliminates the low keys and side key mechanisms that are not used in the first stages of learning, making it incredibly easy to manage.
Trumpet and Trombone
Constructed from plastic and carbon fibre, the pBone and pTrumpet are incredibly lightweight and robust. They sound and operate just like traditional brass instruments and are perfectly ergonomic for growing hands.
