Instruments can be dropped off and collected from the Third Note, Vita Tower, Wong Chuk Hang at prearranged times.
Our Slide Service requires three business days to complete, and all work is fully guaranteed.
Should your instrument require additional repairs—such as extensive bell or body dent removal, soldering, or the replacement of major components—we will provide a detailed quote and proceed only after receiving the owner's explicit confirmation.

Ultrasonic Cleaning: A high-tech cleaning method using soundwaves in a specialized liquid bath. It completely strips away hidden mineral scale, lime buildup, and old grease from deep inside complex internal tubing.
Buffing: Applying fine abrasive compounds by hand using specialized rubbing techniques to remove oxidation and eliminate surface scratches, resulting in a clean finish and freely moving, smooth slides.
Dent Removal / Rolling: The structural process of pushing steel balls (mandrels) or using magnetic dent-removal systems to smooth out dents in the brass tubing without thinning the metal.
